Do I need any experience to start?
Not at all. Most of our students began with zero background in Jiu-Jitsu. Our instructors teach you step-by-step at your pace.
What should I wear to my first class?
Wear athletic shorts and a T-shirt or rash guard. No uniform is required — we’re a No-Gi academy.
Is the first class really free?
Yes. Your first class is 100% free with zero obligation. It’s simply a chance to try training and see if Ferox is the right fit for you.
What if I’m out of shape or nervous to start?
Totally normal. Our beginner-friendly structure allows you to train at your own pace. You’ll improve quickly, and our team is supportive at every step.
Do I need to spar on my first day?
No. Rolling (sparring) is always optional. If you choose to try it, we’ll pair you with a controlled partner who will help guide you.
How old do I need to be to join?
Ferox Jiu-Jitsu is an adults-only No-Gi academy for ages 18+.
