Tuesday - 6:30 PM to 7:30 PM
- Fundamental drills for beginners
- No-Gi techniques and transitions
- Positional sparring
- Live rolling
Thursday - 6:30 PM to 7:30 PM
- Advanced No-Gi concepts
- Submission chains and escapes
- Strategy and situational drills
- Intense sparring rounds
Saturday - 11 AM to 12 PM
- All-levels No-Gi class
- Flow rolling for movement and timing
- Partner drills and feedback
- Live sparring sessions
Sunday - 11 AM to 12:30PM
- Open mat training
- Competition prep and strategy
- Cross-training with teammates
- Extra rolling for endurance and technique
